DeepCharts Review 2026: Pricing, Data & Prop-Firm Limits
DeepCharts is worth shortlisting for futures traders who need footprint, volume-profile and order-flow analysis in a Windows workspace. Before committing to the advertised $540 yearly Orderflow plan, confirm your data connection, prop-firm permissions and the restrictive refund conditions.
The documented tools suit an order-flow workflow, but a feature list is not a reliability test. Monthly-looking prices are yearly equivalents, live data needs separate checking, and community feedback includes connection complaints alongside support praise.
Key takeaways
- Annual commitment: Orderflow $540, Advanced $828 and Pro $1,500 in the yearly pricing view.
- Monthly availability: our October 25 website check showed “Coming Soon” and “Currently Unavailable,” not confirmed continuing unavailability.
- Data: an included 15-minute delayed feed is not real-time futures depth.
- Platform: Windows, or Mac via Parallels according to the vendor; neither setup was tested here.
- Prop accounts: documented connections do not override firm-specific permissions or copying rules.
- Refunds: the stated 14-day consideration window has content-access and usage restrictions.
- Method: source-led review, not hands-on software, execution, latency or profitability testing.
What is DeepCharts, and is it legitimate?
DeepCharts markets trading-analysis software, not prop funding. This review focuses on the Deepchart desktop plans; DeepDOM and DeepGamma are distinct products within the wider product family.
The official terms, marked May 8, 2026 and read October 25, identify ACFV Tech Solutions FZ-LLC as the commercial operator. They name Volumetrica Trading S.R.L. as the software developer and technology owner, and describe merchants of record including Paddle and Whop.
That establishes a documented commercial structure, not an independent corporate audit, regulatory endorsement or reliability guarantee. FundingCodes is an approved referral partner and may earn a commission from purchases through our links. See our editorial policy.
How much does DeepCharts cost in October 2026?
The Deepchart pricing page displayed the following yearly plans on October 25. These are published prices with dollar signs, not newly tested checkout totals or confirmed settlement currencies.
| Plan | Displayed monthly equivalent | Billed yearly | Vendor's positioning |
|---|---|---|---|
| Orderflow | $45 | $540 | Essential volume and order-flow tools. |
| Advanced | $69 | $828 | Proprietary indicators and premium live sessions; “Full” is struck through on the card. |
| Pro | $125 | $1,500 | Gamma, GEX levels and option-flow data; confirm the selected plan's education and programme entitlements before buying. |
The annual equivalents are not month-to-month payment offers. During our October 25, 2026 rendered-page check, selecting “1 Month” showed “Coming Soon” and “Currently Unavailable” on the three purchase cards.
The comparison table still contained monthly-looking prices. This was a dated website observation, not a completed purchase or confirmation that monthly plans remain unavailable.

What does the FundingCodes coupon evidence show?
Our DeepCharts Orderflow Yearly coupon evidence records a separate October 22, 2026 checkout test. Manually removing and reapplying FUNDINGCODES changed the displayed total from $540.00 to $486.00 plus VAT/sales tax, with 10% shown.
The deduction line displayed −€54.00 despite dollar signs on the totals. Settlement currency remains unverified; confirm it before paying. DeepDom three-month BONUS appeared in both carts, so it was not established as a code-only extra.
No purchase was made. Other plans, renewals, stacking and expiry remain unverified. That dated result is not a promise of today's eligibility, and this review did not repeat the checkout test.
Which features matter for an order-flow trader?
Deepchart's official feature comparison describes footprint candles, volume profiles, cumulative volume delta, Time & Sales and DOM tools. The value depends on which analysis you use and whether your data subscription supports it.
- Footprint and profiles: Deep Print and Deep Profile examine traded volume and its distribution, rather than just price candles.
- Depth tools: the page describes bid/ask, pull-and-stack and DOM trading; on-chart DOM explicitly requires Level 2 data.
- Replay and demo: Deep Replay and demo accounts are advertised for practice and analysis, not proof of achievable live fills.
- Risk and copying: money-management tools and a Trade Copier marked Beta are listed. Software controls do not replace firm rules or an independent order check.
Do not infer that every premium feature belongs to every tier merely because its name appears on a card. Confirm the selected plan's enabled features before buying, especially proprietary studies, gamma tools, education and any separate DeepDOM entitlement.
Is futures market data included?
A 15-minute delayed dxFeed feed is listed as included; that is not an included real-time futures subscription. The pricing page says real-time feeds can connect through subscriptions with dxFeed, Rithmic, CQG and others.
The supported-datafeeds directory lists providers and exchanges, but a logo does not prove your account has the required entitlements. Confirm real-time versus delayed data, top-of-book versus depth, exchange coverage and historical access separately.
- Software bill: selected Deepchart plan, taxes and any separate products.
- Data bill: provider subscription, exchanges, depth and professional or non-professional classification.
- Connection bill: ask about routing, API and simultaneous-session fees for your exact account.
- Trading bill: broker commissions or prop eval and activation fees remain separate.
We could not establish one universal all-in futures price. Do not select a data classification just to reduce fees; use the exchange and provider's eligibility definitions.
Does DeepCharts work with a futures prop firm?
It may work with a supported account, but compatibility must be confirmed for the exact firm, account stage and server. The help centre publishes Rithmic and dxFeed prop-account guides and a CQG guide.
The Rithmic prop-account guide, updated October 21 and read October 25, requires separate Rithmic credentials, completed agreements and the correct connection settings. It also explains symbol/data-feed mapping and warns that “Connect Only Trading” blocks chart data when used on the main feed.
- Ask your firm whether the exact eval or funded-account type supports Deepchart now.
- Confirm the feed, server, permissions and exchange-depth entitlement with the provider.
- Check copying, automation and multiple-account restrictions independently of technical connectivity.
- Establish how to monitor positions and working orders if the platform disconnects.
We did not connect an account, sign agreements or test protective orders. The vendor's broad connection wording is not our confirmation that every Rithmic prop account works.
Can you run DeepCharts on Windows or Mac?
The pricing page says “Available for Windows, or on Mac via Parallels.” That is a virtualisation route, not a native macOS application claim.
The installation guidance, updated October 21, mentions .NET Framework 4.8 or later and sufficient local disk space. Check the current requirements, hardware and any Windows or Parallels costs before subscribing. We did not install the software or measure performance on either system.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Cancellation and refunds are different issues, and an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee is not supported by the terms. Read the refund clauses before using paid content.
- 14-day consideration: refunds may be considered only where access has been introductory or minimal.
- Advanced content: live sessions, replays, downloads and member-only materials may remove automatic eligibility or require manual review.
- Usage threshold: more than three calendar days from first login or content access means refunds are not issued automatically.
- Billing responsibility: the terms refer refunds to Paddle or Whop under their merchant-of-record policies; verified technical or billing issues may be reviewed.
A separate data-feed cancellation article, read October 25 and marked updated eight months ago, says “Pending Cancel” means the feed remains active through the paid billing cycle without another charge. That guidance is specifically about the data feed, not proof of the desktop licence's cancellation or renewal terms.
We did not verify a complete Deepchart software cancellation workflow, renewal charge or refund outcome. Before paying, obtain the renewal price, cancellation deadline and steps for both software and data subscriptions from your checkout provider. Save the confirmation; stopping renewal does not itself establish a refund.
What do Trustpilot and Reddit users report?
The live DeepCharts Trustpilot profile showed 4.7/5 from 387 reviews on October 25, 2026. That is a dated third-party rating, not a FundingCodes score or proof of execution reliability.
- Support praise: Holden Stipe's October 20 review described helpful support with a subscription change and other problems.
- Connection criticism: reviewer “No,” updated October 14, praised the interface but alleged recurring connection lag and unresolved support checks. DeepCharts' October 10 reply cited possible local-network factors and requested another diagnostic investigation.
- Reddit caution: the February 25, 2026 r/OrderFlow_Trading thread “DON'T BUY DEEPCHARTS (prove me wrong)” includes an author's bug complaints and discussion of alternatives.
These are individual reports, not a representative survey or independently reproduced defects. We did not establish whether the reported problems persist in the current release. Use the conflicting experiences to frame connection and support checks, not to infer guaranteed reliability or guaranteed failure.
DeepCharts alternatives: which workflow are you comparing?
Compare the task you need to perform, not the size of a discount. These are alternatives to investigate, not performance winners from a head-to-head test.
| Option | Documented emphasis | Next check |
|---|---|---|
| Deepchart | Order-flow tools with higher-tier proprietary studies and education. | Plan entitlement, yearly commitment, data and refund restrictions. |
| Bookmap | Liquidity heatmap and historical order-book visualisation. | Compare feed depth and workflow in our Bookmap review. |
| Quantower | Configurable trading and analytical panels with multiple connections. | Check licence bundles and provider permissions in our Quantower review. |
The alternatives' official homepages were checked October 25. We have not normalised their current all-in prices, tested identical feeds or benchmarked stability against Deepchart. An existing broker-supplied platform may also meet your needs without another software bill.
Verdict: who should shortlist DeepCharts?
- Potential fit: an experienced futures trader who wants the documented order-flow tools, has a suitable Windows environment and can confirm account/data compatibility.
- Less suitable: someone requiring a verified month-to-month offer, native Mac software, an unconditional refund trial or guaranteed prop-account compatibility.
- Still unverified: execution quality, latency, software stability, support response times, renewal billing, full cancellation steps and refund outcomes.
Resolve the setup and billing questions before using the dated DeepCharts coupon test. A lower software price does not reduce market risk or establish a trading edge.

DeepCharts FAQ
Is DeepCharts a prop firm?
No. DeepCharts sells trading-analysis software and related products, not a funded trading account. Buying a licence does not pay for an evaluation or establish permission to connect your prop account.
How much does DeepCharts cost?
On October 25, 2026, Deepchart yearly pricing displayed Orderflow at $540, Advanced at $828 and Pro at $1,500. Their $45, $69 and $125 monthly equivalents require yearly billing. Our rendered one-month selection showed Coming Soon and Currently Unavailable; this dated website observation does not confirm continuing unavailability. Confirm taxes, settlement currency and any data costs before paying.
Does DeepCharts include live futures data?
The pricing page lists an included 15-minute delayed dxFeed feed, not a blanket real-time futures subscription. Real-time connections require an appropriate subscription and permissions. On-chart DOM requires Level 2 data; confirm the exchanges and depth your setup needs.
Can I use DeepCharts on a Mac?
The Deepchart pricing page says Windows, or Mac via Parallels. That is not a native macOS claim. We did not install or benchmark either setup; confirm hardware, virtualisation and Windows licensing requirements first.
Does DeepCharts work with my prop firm?
The vendor documents Rithmic and dxFeed prop-account connections, plus CQG. That does not prove your exact firm, account stage, server or data permissions are supported. Confirm those details and copying or automation rules directly with your provider.
Does DeepCharts offer a guaranteed 14-day refund?
DeepCharts does not establish an unconditional 14-day refund guarantee. Its terms limit refund consideration to introductory or minimal use, state that accessing advanced content or live sessions may affect eligibility, and say that refunds are not issued automatically after more than three calendar days of access. Individual technical or billing issues may be reviewed.
Sources and review method
Official product, pricing, data-feed, installation, connection, terms and support sources are linked beside the relevant claims. Public sources and community records were read October 25, 2026; the separate coupon test remains dated October 22. The screenshot is a public pricing capture, not proof of hands-on use.
No purchase, account connection, live trade, profitability test, independent company audit or customer-support test was performed for this review. We assign no proprietary numerical score. Trading and prop evaluations involve substantial risk; software does not guarantee a pass, payout or profit. This is general information, not financial advice.
