QT Funded Review 2026: Rules, Pricing & Our Verdict

QT Funded is the prop-trading arm of Quant Tekel, a London-headquartered group founded in 2023, selling simulated forex and CFD accounts through QT ONE (one step), QT TWO (two steps) and QT INSTANT (no evaluation) for a one-time fee rather than a monthly subscription. Prices and rules were read from the live QT Funded site and help centre on September 13, 2026, and the legitimacy checks were re-read on September 19, 2026. Key numbers: a 6% profit target on QT ONE, $17 to $400 one-time in the September 13, 2026 promotional pricing snapshot (not current quotes), and 3.7 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 13,124 reviews. It suits forex and CFD traders who want a one-time fee and a loose rule set — it is not a futures firm. The biggest caveat: QT's own pages disagree on payout frequency — every four days on the marketing pages, 14 days in the help centre for every plan it lists.

Key takeaways
  • Three routes: QT ONE (one step, 6% target), QT TWO (two steps, 8% then 5%), QT INSTANT (no evaluation).
  • QT ONE and QT INSTANT keep 70% and 100% of profits on a four-day payout cycle; QT TWO pays 80% on a 14-day cycle.
  • The September 13, 2026 snapshot showed one-time promotional prices from $17 to $400, by plan and account size. These are historical prices, not current quotes.
  • FUNDINGCODES returned 60% off three tested configurations on September 15, 2026, including QT ONE $25K at $350.00 to $140.00. The September promotion ended September 30, 2026. Current checkout verification is limited to QT ONE $25K: FUNDINGCODES lowered $350.00 to $140.00 on October 9, 2026, matching public 60PLUS; FUNDINGCODES expiry is unknown.
  • QT ONE has no consistency rule and no news rule; QT INSTANT adds a 30% consistency rule and a drawdown lock after withdrawal.
  • The payout cycle is the open question: marketing says every four days, the help centre says 14 days for every plan it lists.
  • Trustpilot shows 3.7 out of 5 from 13,124 reviews, including breach complaints after passed evaluations.

QT Funded is the proprietary trading arm of Quant Tekel, a London-headquartered group founded in 2023. It sells simulation-based evaluations and instant funded accounts for forex and CFD instruments, with account sizes from $5,000 to $200,000.

The reason to look closely is the pricing model. QT Funded charges once rather than monthly, and its headline rules — a 6% target on QT ONE, no consistency rule, no minimum trading days to pass — are looser than most futures firms' evaluation terms. The reason to be careful is the paperwork: two of the firm's own pages disagree about how often funded traders get paid.

QT Funded at a glance

  • Firm: QT Funded, the prop-trading arm of Quant Tekel. Services are provided by Quant Tekel SVG (St Vincent and the Grenadines); the London entity handles payment processing.
  • Markets: forex and CFDs in a simulated environment — not futures, and not live brokerage.
  • Routes: QT ONE (one step), QT TWO (two steps), QT INSTANT (no evaluation), plus advertised QT Power and Buy Now Pay Later plans.
  • Account sizes: $5K to $100K on QT ONE and QT INSTANT; $10K to $200K on QT TWO.
  • Pricing: the September 13, 2026 snapshot showed one-time promotional fees of $17 to $400, depending on plan and size. Current checkout verification is limited to QT ONE $25K: FUNDINGCODES lowered $350.00 to $140.00 on October 9, 2026, matching public 60PLUS.
  • Platforms: MetaTrader 5 and TradeLocker.
  • Commission: $4 per round lot ($2 on open, $2 on close).
  • Payouts: advertised every four days on QT ONE and QT INSTANT, 14 days on QT TWO — but see the conflict section below.

The three plans, side by side

These figures come from the "full comparison" table on the live evaluations page, read on September 13, 2026. The plans differ far more in rules than in price.

  • QT ONE (one step): 6% profit target, 3% trailing daily drawdown, 6% static max drawdown, 70% split, four-day payout cycle, no consistency rule, no news rule, no stop-loss rule, 1% maximum floating loss, four minimum trading days when funded, seven-day inactivity rule.
  • QT TWO (two steps): 8% then 5% profit target, 4% daily drawdown, 8% max drawdown, 80% split, 14-day payout cycle, no consistency rule, stop loss required within 60 seconds, news trading restricted with profits forfeited, 1% maximum floating loss where the first breach is soft and the second is hard, four minimum trading days at +0.5%, no inactivity rule.
  • QT INSTANT (no evaluation): no profit target, 3% fixed daily drawdown, 6% trailing max drawdown, 100% split, four-day payout cycle, 30% consistency rule, stop loss within 60 seconds, drawdown lock plus a 3% buffer after withdrawal, 1% maximum risk per symbol, four minimum trading days at +1%, 14-day inactivity rule.

The trade-off is explicit in that table. QT ONE hands you the loosest rule set and the smallest split. QT INSTANT hands you every dollar of profit and the tightest ongoing obligations. QT TWO sits in the middle and is the only plan where news trading carries a forfeiture penalty.

What does QT Funded cost? Pricing by account size

Historical September prices, not current quotes. The configurator read on September 13, 2026 showed the following promotional prices, with list prices in brackets. The September promotion ended September 30, 2026; current checkout verification is limited to QT ONE $25K: FUNDINGCODES lowered $350.00 to $140.00 on October 9, 2026, matching public 60PLUS.

  • $5K: QT TWO $17 ($42.50) · QT ONE $44 ($110) · QT INSTANT $30 ($75)
  • $10K: QT TWO $28 ($70) · QT ONE $76 ($190) · QT INSTANT $50 ($125)
  • $25K: QT TWO $56 ($140) · QT ONE $140 ($350) · QT INSTANT $92 ($230)
  • $50K: QT TWO $110 ($275) · QT ONE $250 ($625) · QT INSTANT $150 ($375)
  • $100K: QT TWO $220 ($550) · QT ONE $400 ($1,000) · QT INSTANT $300 ($750)
  • $200K: QT TWO only — $400 ($1,000). QT ONE and QT INSTANT stop at $100K.
  • Recurring cost: none. These are one-time fees, which changes the reset math versus monthly-subscription firms.

Our code FUNDINGCODES took 60% off three configurations tested in the live checkout on September 15, 2026: QT ONE $25K moved from $350.00 to $140.00, QT TWO $25K from $140.00 to $56.00 and QT INSTANT $10K from $125.00 to $50.00. QT's own public code TRADERS advertised the same 60% through September 30, 2026, so the tested discount was not exclusive. The free-account bonus was described differently across QT's pages and remains unconfirmed. Combining coupons failed in the September 15 test; the help-centre terms consulted then prohibited stacking unless explicitly authorised. These are historical results, not current offers. The promotion ending does not establish code deactivation: FUNDINGCODES expiry is unknown. See the QT Funded discount code status page for dated evidence and any subsequent offer updates.

QT Funded payout rules: the payout cycle conflict

This is the single most important thing to confirm before buying, because the two sources disagree and the difference is material.

  • What the marketing pages say: "Get paid every 4 days." The homepage headline and the plan comparison table both show four-day payout cycles for QT ONE and QT INSTANT.
  • What the help centre says: the Performance Fee Policy article states that QT 2 Step, QT 2 Step Elite and Instant Funded accounts all run a standard 14-day cycle. It does not mention QT ONE at all.
  • Why it matters: a four-day versus 14-day cadence changes how quickly a funded trader can actually withdraw, which is the whole point of a funded account.
  • Our read: the four-day cycle appears to be the newer QT ONE and QT INSTANT structure, and the help article looks like it predates the current plan names. We could not find a single page that states both consistently.
  • What to do: get the cycle confirmed in writing for the exact plan you are buying before you pay.

Drawdown and the rules that carry real risk

  • Exposure rule: during a two-step evaluation, exposure must not exceed 75% of the daily drawdown limit at any moment. On funded QT 2 Step and 2 Step Elite accounts the cap is 2.5% of the initial balance across all open trades combined.
  • All-or-nothing trading is prohibited: trading without stop-loss protection, risking more than 75% of the daily drawdown limit, or using an excessive share of available margin can end the account.
  • News rule: the help centre prohibits trading within a 10-minute window around CPI, FOMC statements and meetings, Non-Farm Employment and USD PMI releases, using Forex Factory as its source. Order modifications are allowed in that window. The plan comparison table, however, shows no news restriction on QT ONE or QT INSTANT and a restriction on QT TWO — a second conflict between their own pages.
  • Prohibited strategies: high-frequency and tick scalping, arbitrage and latency trading, order-book flooding, and holding opposing positions across accounts for more than two minutes or more than three times.
  • Weekends: no new positions can be opened. Existing positions can be held, but take-profit and stop-loss levels are not executed until the market reopens, so a gap can fill you at a worse price.
  • Payments: the card or account used must be in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments breach the account; crypto payments are the stated exception.
  • Instant-account requirements: the help centre lists five minimum trading days, 5% minimum profit generated and a 25% consistency score, while the comparison table shows four minimum days at +1% and a 30% consistency score.

Community evidence: what traders say

QT Funded is unusual in this comparison set: its review base is large, and the score is not flattering.

  • Trustpilot: 3.7 out of 5 from 13,124 reviews when we read the profile on September 13, 2026, on a claimed profile since September 2024.
  • The vendor's own widget: the site displays "Great — 3.9 out of 5 based on 13,012 reviews". That is a higher score and a different count from the live profile, so we quote both rather than either.
  • Payouts do arrive: one reviewer wrote on August 2, 2026 that a payout requested on July 27 arrived in a wallet on July 29 — two days, which matches the firm's fast-processing claims.
  • But breach disputes are the recurring complaint: a recent reviewer described passing the evaluation and then having the account reset for an "Excessive Exposure" violation without receiving an itemised breakdown of the 6.01% figure; another reviewer reported a $2,300 payout being rejected on review.
  • Support is a theme too: a reviewer on August 1, 2026 described waiting a day for replies while trying to reach support about a refund.
  • Treat the count with care: one review on the profile is about a coffee shop, which shows the 13,000-plus sample includes unrelated and low-detail entries.
  • Reddit: the main thread is "quant tekel funded, is this a good firm?" in r/Forex (March 13, 2025, 12 comments). It is small and leans sceptical — one commenter noted a "weird stop loss rule + modification timing" while acknowledging the firm does pay, and another alleged the firm is a scam, which we could not verify.
  • What we could not verify: the $17M+ paid-out figure and 125,000+ trader count are the firm's own numbers. QT publishes individual payout certificates, but we found no audited payout total.

Is QT Funded legit? What we can and cannot verify

Short answer: QT Funded is a real, operating evaluation provider with a large public trader base and a documented payout record — the open question is not whether the company exists, but what your plan's payout cycle and breach rules actually are, because the firm's own pages still disagree with each other.

  • What we verified ourselves: QT Funded sells trading evaluations and instant funded accounts through Quant Tekel SVG in St Vincent and the Grenadines, while payments are processed by Quant Tekel Ltd (company number 15923693, 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London), which the site describes as a group treasury function rather than a regulated service. We re-read the firm's legal and jurisdictional notices on September 19, 2026 and they match that chain.
  • The licence is not the product: the FSCA authorisation (FSP No. 53227) belongs to Quant Tekel (Pty) Ltd, a separate brokerage that the site says serves permitted jurisdictions in Africa and Asia through quanttekel.com. It does not cover the evaluation product or the fee you pay for it.
  • Simulated accounts, stated plainly: the firm says participants trade in a simulated environment, that no real trading occurs, and that evaluation fees are subscription fees rather than client money or investment deposits. You are not buying a live brokerage account.
  • A real community exists: the official QT FUNDED Discord invite linked from the firm's own footer resolved to 53,388 members with 2,161 online when we read it on September 19, 2026. We did not join the server, so nothing from inside its channels is cited here.
  • Payouts do arrive: the Trustpilot profile carries a dated account of a payout requested July 27, 2026 and received July 29, and the firm publishes individual payout certificates.
  • The trust record is still mixed: 3.7 out of 5 from 13,124 reviews when we read the profile on September 13, 2026 — with post-evaluation enforcement as the repeated theme, including an "Excessive Exposure" reset without an itemised breakdown and a rejected $2,300 payout.
  • What we could not verify: the "$17M+ paid out" and "125,000+ traders" figures are the firm's own, with no audited total; and one Reddit commenter's claim that the firm is a scam is unverified, while another commenter in the same thread says the firm does pay.
  • What "legit" should mean for you: treat the firm as an operating business and the payout terms as unconfirmed. Get the payout cycle for your exact plan in writing, check the exposure and news rules for the plan you buy, and enter one code only.

Who can trade it

  • United States: QT Funded states it may onboard US clients, but MetaQuotes services — which means MetaTrader 5 — are not available to US residents. TradeLocker is the alternative platform offered.
  • Excluded jurisdictions: Cyprus, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and Russia are named as unavailable.
  • Contracting entity: customers contract with Quant Tekel SVG in St Vincent and the Grenadines, not the UK or South African entity. The FSCA licence (FSP 53227) belongs to Quant Tekel (Pty) Ltd, a separate brokerage business, not to the evaluation product.

What we like

  • One-time pricing with no monthly subscription, which lowers the cost of a slow evaluation.
  • QT ONE's rule set is genuinely simple: a 6% target, no consistency rule, no news rule, and no minimum days to pass.
  • The plan comparison table is unusually complete — drawdown, splits, payout cycles, stop-loss and consistency rules in one place.
  • QT INSTANT pays a 100% split, the highest in the lineup.
  • Crypto payments are explicitly allowed for traders who prefer them.

What could be better

  • The four-day versus 14-day payout cycle is unresolved between the marketing pages and the help centre.
  • The news rule applies to QT TWO on the comparison table but reads as universal in the help centre.
  • Consistency and minimum-day figures for QT INSTANT differ between the table and the fee policy article.
  • 3.7 out of 5 across 13,124 Trustpilot reviews, with post-evaluation breach disputes as the repeated theme.
  • US traders cannot use MetaTrader 5, which is a real limitation for MT5-based strategies.
  • No futures instruments: this is a forex and CFD proposition, so it does not replace a CME-based firm.

Final verdict

QT Funded competes on structure: one-time pricing, low targets and a loose rule set on QT ONE, plus a 100% split on QT INSTANT. If you trade forex or CFDs and want the simplest possible path from evaluation to funded account, the QT ONE rule set is worth a serious look. Do not budget from the September promotional prices: current checkout verification is limited to QT ONE $25K: FUNDINGCODES lowered $350.00 to $140.00 on October 9, 2026, matching public 60PLUS. Check the checkout total and terms before deciding.

The reservations are about documentation quality rather than price. Two of the firm's own pages disagree about payout frequency, and two more disagree about the news rule and the instant-account requirements. On top of that, the largest public review base in this comparison set sits at 3.7 out of 5. We would treat the payout cycle as unconfirmed until the firm states it in writing for the plan you buy.

If you are choosing between markets, our FXIFY Futures review covers a forex-brand futures program with 14-day payouts, and the Top One Futures review covers four CME programs with checkout-verified pricing. Traders who need CME futures should also read the Bulenox review on drawdown models before comparing entry prices.

Research basis: every price and rule in this review was read on September 13, 2026 from the live QT Funded site — the homepage, the evaluations plan configurator (all six account sizes, all three plans), the full plan comparison table, the about page, the legal and jurisdictional notices, and the help centre articles on the exposure rule, news rule, prohibited strategies, weekend policy, performance fees and coupon usage. Community evidence was read from Trustpilot (13,124 reviews) and an r/Forex thread dated March 13, 2025. Our referral code was applied in the live cart, not assumed. The legitimacy section re-reads the site's legal and jurisdictional notices, its FAQ and cart promotion wording, and the official Discord invite on September 19, 2026. Prices, promotions and rules change; the checkout agreement and the firm's current help centre control.
Risk notice: Trading forex, CFDs and prop firm evaluations involves substantial risk. QT Funded accounts are simulated; no account is guaranteed to qualify, receive a payout, or become profitable. This article is general information, not financial, legal, or tax advice.
