1. Informational service only

FundingCodes publishes general information about proprietary trading firms, trader evaluations, discounts, prices, rules, platforms, payout policies, and related topics. The Site does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to buy or sell a financial instrument, a recommendation to trade, or a promise that you will qualify for an account, receive funding or a payout, or earn a profit.

You are responsible for deciding whether a provider, evaluation, account, platform, or promotion is appropriate for you and for obtaining professional advice when needed.

2. Trading and prop firm risk

Futures trading, leveraged products, simulated trading, and prop firm evaluations involve substantial risk and are not suitable for everyone. You may lose evaluation fees, subscription payments, activation charges, reset fees, data fees, software fees, and other amounts. Simulated performance does not represent actual trading and has inherent limitations. Past performance, testimonials, account balances, payouts, or hypothetical results do not guarantee future results.

Provider programs may include drawdown limits, consistency rules, daily loss limits, position limits, trading-hour restrictions, payout conditions, account reviews, and other requirements that can result in failure, suspension, closure, or denial of a payout. Read the provider’s current agreement and rules before paying or trading.

3. Accuracy, verification, and changes

We aim to present offer evidence and research accurately and to show verification or update dates where relevant. However, providers can change prices, codes, eligibility, products, rules, platforms, fees, and payout terms at any time and without notice to FundingCodes. A displayed verification date is not a guarantee that information remains current after that date.

The provider’s current website, checkout total, agreement, risk disclosure, and account rules control your transaction and relationship with that provider. You must confirm all material terms directly with the provider before submitting payment. We may correct, update, remove, or decline to publish content at any time.

4. Discount codes and availability

Discount codes and referral offers may be limited by product, account size, customer status, location, payment method, time period, or other conditions. A code may expire, be withdrawn, fail to apply, or produce a different checkout total than previously observed. Unless expressly stated, a discount does not apply to resets, activations, exchange data, professional data, software, taxes, or other fees.

FundingCodes does not sell prop firm accounts and cannot require a provider to accept a code, honor a price, approve an account, or make a payout. If the Site and provider checkout differ, rely on the provider’s checkout and agreement and do not complete the purchase unless you accept those terms.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on the Site are affiliate or referral links. FundingCodes may receive a commission or other compensation if you click a link, register, or make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not transfer responsibility for a provider’s products, statements, rules, billing, account decisions, or performance to FundingCodes.

We strive to keep commercial relationships from controlling our research criteria, but you should consider the existence of compensation when evaluating our content. Links identified with attributes such as “sponsored” or “nofollow” remain subject to these Terms.

6. Third-party websites and providers

The Site links to third-party websites that FundingCodes does not own or control. We are not responsible for their availability, security, privacy practices, content, advertising, products, agreements, billing, support, or actions. A link does not mean that FundingCodes guarantees or endorses every statement or service on the destination website.

Your dealings with a third party are solely between you and that third party and are governed by its terms and policies. You should independently review those materials before creating an account, sharing information, or paying.

7. Eligibility and lawful use

You may use the Site only if you can legally agree to these Terms and your use is permitted where you live. You are responsible for complying with age restrictions, financial regulations, provider eligibility rules, sanctions, tax obligations, and all other applicable laws.

You may not use the Site to violate law; interfere with security or operation; introduce malware; scrape, crawl, or overload the Site in a manner that disrupts service; impersonate another person; attempt unauthorized access; misrepresent a code or relationship; or reproduce substantial portions of the Site for a competing commercial service without permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Site’s original text, design, graphics, branding, code, organization, and other content are owned by or licensed to FundingCodes and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Provider names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to third-party marks are for identification and comparison and do not imply ownership or endorsement.

You may view and print reasonable portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial use. No other license is granted. You may not copy, republish, sell, sublicense, remove attribution from, or create a misleading derivative of Site content except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.

9. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FundingCodes disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Site, a code, a link, or a provider will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundingCodes and its owners, contributors, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill; trading losses; failed evaluations; denied payouts; provider disputes; or fees and charges arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or a third-party service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, FundingCodes’ aggregate liability arising from the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to FundingCodes for use of the Site during the twelve months before the claim or 100 U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FundingCodes and its owners, contributors, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your material breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

12. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify the Site or these Terms, or suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. The “last updated” date identifies the current version. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users, third parties, or legal compliance. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification—will survive.

13. General provisions

These Terms and any additional terms displayed for a specific Site feature form the entire agreement between you and FundingCodes regarding use of the Site. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; FundingCodes may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a reorganization, transfer, or sale of the Site.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, fiduciary, brokerage, advisory, or agency relationship between you and FundingCodes. Headings are for convenience only. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.

14. Governing law and forum

Except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising from the Site are governed by the laws applicable at FundingCodes’ principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving that principal place of business, and you consent to that forum.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in an appropriate court, and it does not limit any non-waivable right to bring a claim in another forum under applicable law.
