Bulenox Review 2026: Rules & Payouts
Bulenox is a futures prop firm, run by Bulenox LLC of Wilmington, Delaware, that sells one-time Qualification accounts from $145 (25K) to $325 (150K) on CME futures. We re-read its pricing page and help centre on September 24, 2026. Pass the target and you pay a one-time Master activation fee of $143 to $498. Master Account payouts are processed weekly on Wednesdays after 10 trading days, and the first $10,000 paid out is 100% yours. It suits intraday futures traders who close by 3:59 p.m. CT and can live with a 40% consistency rule on every Master payout. The biggest caveat is the drawdown choice: Option 1 trails your open profit in real time, Option 2 adds a daily loss limit and scaling, and the choice is locked for the life of the account.
- Plans: Qualification ($145–$325 one-time, 30 days of access, then a $143–$498 Master activation fee), Fast Track ($338–$788, no evaluation, no activation fee) and Momentum ($94–$358, Master stage included free).
- Drawdown: Option 1 trails your highest value in real time, open profit included; Option 2 moves only at the daily close and adds scaling and a $500–$3,300 daily loss limit. The choice cannot be changed later.
- Payout cadence: standard Master payouts need 10 trading days per request and are processed on Wednesdays; Fast Track requests sent before 12:01 p.m. CT on a weekday are ordinarily processed the same day.
- Offer status: GUU3N (45% off Qualification) runs to September 30, 2026. The current Bulenox discount code and its test evidence are tracked on our coupon page, which is the source of truth for codes.
Qualification rules to know
These are the standard Qualification Account rules most likely to affect how you trade.
Close before 3:59 p.m. CT
Overnight positions are prohibited on the standard Qualification route.
Your drawdown choice is locked
Option 1 trails in real time. Option 2 updates at day-end and adds scaling.
Passing still requires review
Reaching the target starts Bulenox’s compliance review; Master activation is not automatic.
What is Bulenox?
Bulenox is a futures-focused trader evaluation company. Its standard path starts with a Qualification Account, moves to a Master Account after review and activation, and can lead to an individually offered funded arrangement. The current Bulenox website also advertises Fast Track and Momentum routes, which can have different fees and withdrawal timing from the standard Qualification-to-Master path.
This distinction matters. Bulenox publishes broad marketing statements such as daily withdrawals for some programs, while its standard Master Account documentation describes a different process. Our review therefore separates the standard account rules from claims that apply only to specific newer programs.

What changed since our last check
Previous full check: September 16, 2026 · This check: September 24, 2026
- Prices: unchanged. The pricing page still lists Qualification accounts at $145, $175, $215 and $325 one-time.
- Offers: two of the four codes Bulenox issued in our affiliate portal passed their September 22, 2026 end date. Code status now lives on our coupon page, not in this review.
- Help centre: the Qualification article now describes the 30-day access period and a $78 reset. We found no monthly-renewal wording in it, so the help centre and the pricing page now agree on the one-time model.
- Trustpilot: the profile showed 4.7 from 1,789 reviews on September 24, 2026, up from 1,776 on September 11.
- New in this review: the Master activation fees, the Safety Threshold Reserve and payout caps by account size, the Wednesday payout schedule, and the separate Fast Track and Momentum payout rules, all read from Bulenox's help centre on September 24, 2026.
How the standard Bulenox evaluation works
The Qualification Account has a profit target and risk limits but no minimum or maximum number of trading days to pass. Traders are not required to trade daily. All positions must be closed by 3:59 p.m. Central Time, and overnight holding is prohibited.
Reaching the target does not instantly create a Master Account. Bulenox says it reviews the completed Qualification Account to confirm that trading activity followed the rules. If approved, the trader receives the agreement and activation instructions. The Qualification Account closes when the corresponding Master Account is approved.
The clearest source for the current evaluation process is Bulenox’s Qualification Account documentation. The next-stage process is described in its Master Account documentation, and the stage after that in its Funded Account documentation.

Bulenox drawdown: Option 1 versus Option 2
The biggest decision on a standard Bulenox evaluation is not the nominal account balance. It is the drawdown model. Bulenox states that this choice is locked for the life of the account.

Option 1: real-time trailing drawdown
Option 1 tracks the loss threshold against the account’s highest point in real time, including unrealized gains and commissions. If open profit pushes the high-water mark upward, the drawdown threshold follows it. Giving that open profit back does not move the threshold down again.
This model allows the full contract allocation from the beginning, but it can punish traders who let a large unrealized gain reverse. The account can fail even when the final closed trade looks modest because the threshold moved while the position was open.
Option 2: end-of-day drawdown
Option 2 updates its drawdown threshold after the trading day when the account closes at a new realized high. The threshold remains fixed intraday. It also includes a scaling plan, so permitted size increases as cash on hand grows.
Option 2 has a daily loss limit. Bulenox says reaching that limit suspends trading for the remainder of the session rather than automatically counting as an account violation. That may be easier to manage for traders who prefer an intraday circuit breaker, but the scaling schedule limits position size early in the account.
The numbers, from the Qualification help article read on September 24, 2026: the daily loss limit is $500 on a 25K account, $1,100 on 50K, $2,200 on 100K and $3,300 on 150K. Scaling starts small — a 50K Option 2 account trades 2 contracts until it is $1,500 up, 4 contracts up to $4,000, and the full 7 only after that. On a Master Account both models stop trailing at the starting balance plus $100, and on Option 2 the daily loss limit is then removed.
The better Bulenox option is the one whose drawdown mechanics match how you actually trade—not the one with the most attractive headline balance.
Trading rules that deserve attention
No overnight positions
All positions must be closed by 3:59 p.m. Central Time. This makes the standard program a poor fit for swing traders who need to hold futures positions through the daily close.
Standard and micro contracts
Bulenox permits standard and micro contracts at the same time and counts one standard contract as ten micros. Traders still need to stay within the maximum position size for the selected account and, on Option 2, the active scaling tier.
Third-party software cost
The current Qualification Account documentation states that connecting to Rithmic through a third-party API or trader-composite application can add a $100 monthly fee. Algorithmic and trade-copier users should confirm whether their exact setup triggers this charge before subscribing.
Professional data status
Bulenox warns that the professional or non-professional status selected in the Rithmic agreement cannot later be changed for that account path. Its pricing page currently states that professional exchange data costs an additional $116 per month, while non-professional data is included. Choose the status based on the exchange definitions, not simply the cheaper price.
Bulenox payout rules
The standard Master Account terms say a trader keeps the first $10,000 withdrawn without company commission. After that threshold, Bulenox applies a 10% company share and the trader receives 90%.
For the standard Master route, the published terms require at least ten individual trading days before a withdrawal can be processed. They also describe weekly Wednesday processing, a $1,000 minimum, safety-reserve thresholds, and account-size caps on the first three withdrawals. After the third withdrawal, the published standard terms remove the maximum-withdrawal cap. Our Bulenox payout rules guide sets out the caps, reserve and consistency maths for every account size and program in one place.
The schedule, as the Master Account article described it on September 24, 2026: payouts are processed once a week, on Wednesdays, and a request must be in by 11:59 p.m. CT on the Friday before to make that Wednesday's cycle. The next 10-trading-day period starts only after the previous payout has been completed, and the days between a request and its Wednesday do not count toward it. Payment goes by ACH, wire or PayPal. Bulenox charges no transfer fee, but the receiving bank or PayPal may. Before the first request you must file a Withdrawal Information Form, an ID document and a hand-signed W-9 (US persons) or W-8BEN (non-US persons); Bulenox does not accept electronic signatures on those tax forms.
Master Account payout numbers by account size
| Account | Activation fee (one-time) | Drawdown locks at | Safety Threshold Reserve | Balance for a $1,000 payout | Cap, payouts 1–3 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | $143 | $25,100 | $1,600 | $27,600 | $1,000 |
| $50,000 | $148 | $50,100 | $2,600 | $53,600 | $1,500 |
| $100,000 | $248 | $100,100 | $3,100 | $104,100 | $1,750 |
| $150,000 | $498 | $150,100 | $4,600 | $155,600 | $2,000 |
The balance column adds the reserve and the $1,000 minimum to the starting balance, which is how Bulenox's own $50,000 example reaches $53,600. The same activation fee applies to Option 1 and Option 2, and the activation link expires 7 days after it is issued. After the third payout there is no maximum; the $1,000 minimum, 10 trading days, reserve and 40% rule still apply.
Fast Track and Momentum pay on different terms
Fast Track and Momentum are advertised separately by Bulenox as allowing requests on trading days with different timing. Do not apply those newer-program claims to a standard Master Account. The help centre on September 24, 2026 set them out as follows.
- Fast Track ($338 / $488 / $648 / $788, no activation fee): no minimum trading days. The first payout needs a profit goal of $1,500 / $3,000 / $6,000 / $9,000, and later payouts need $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500 of new profit. The consistency cap is 20% for the first payout, 25% for the second and 30% after that. Requests start at $1,000 and are capped at $1,000–$3,000 for payouts 1–3, rising to $1,250–$3,500. A request sent before 12:01 p.m. CT on a weekday is ordinarily processed the same day.
- Momentum ($94 / $143 / $248 / $358, Master stage included free): every payout cycle needs five profitable days of at least $100–$250 by size and a 35% consistency rule. The minimum request is $500 on 25K and $1,000 above that. Caps start at $1,000–$2,500 and rise to $1,000–$5,000 from the fourth payout.
- Common to both: the same first-$10,000-at-100% then 90/10 split, and a shared limit of five Master-level accounts at once.
Confirm the exact withdrawal section in the agreement for the product you purchase.
The 40% consistency rule
The standard Master Account documentation applies a 40% consistency rule to each payout request. A trader’s best profitable day must not account for more than 40% of total profit at the time of the request. Bulenox gives the calculation as best-day profit divided by total profit, multiplied by 100.
Failing the consistency check does not itself violate the account, according to the published terms. It delays eligibility until additional trading brings the best day below the threshold. Traders whose results depend on occasional outsized days should model this rule before choosing the standard Master route.
Fees and total cost
The visible account price is only one part of the cost. Depending on the account path and setup, a trader may also face a Master Account activation charge, reset costs, professional exchange-data fees, or third-party software charges. Bulenox Qualification Accounts are sold as one-time purchases with 30 days of access, so a failed attempt is a new purchase rather than an automatic rebill — the prices above are the ones the live pricing page shows, and older help-centre pages that describe monthly renewals no longer match it.
Bulenox changes products and promotions frequently, and parts of its older help library coexist with a newer website. For that reason, we do not treat a historical fee table as a permanent price list. Check the live Bulenox accounts and pricing page and the agreement shown for your selected program before payment.

How Bulenox funding works: Qualification, Master and Funded accounts
Bulenox funding is a three-stage path, and only the first stage is something you buy outright. Each stage has its own agreement, so "Bulenox funding" means something different depending on which one you are reading about.
- Stage 1 — Qualification Account: the account you buy. Pass the profit target inside the drawdown rules and it is submitted for review automatically.
- Stage 2 — Master Account: reaching the target does not open a Master Account. Bulenox reviews the trading activity first, then emails a completion certificate, the Master Account Agreement and activation instructions. You complete the documents; once the Master Account is approved the Qualification Account closes by itself. There are no monthly fees on a Master Account.
- Stage 3 — Funded Account: after three successful payouts on an active Master Account, Bulenox may consider the account for a Funded Account. That stage trades live futures with capital provided by the firm, and eligible traders receive compensation on the results.
- The Funded Account is discretionary, not automatic: three payouts make you eligible for consideration and nothing more. You must also accept the Funded Account Agreement and complete the documents — if you decline the transition, that Master Account is closed and issues no further rewards.
- How many accounts you can run: Bulenox allows up to five Master-level accounts at once — Master, Fast Track and Momentum in any combination. Qualification Accounts are unlimited.
The current documentation for each stage is in Bulenox's Master Account and Funded Account help-centre articles, which we re-read on September 16, 2026.
Bulenox account sizes and prices
Qualification Accounts are sold as one-time purchases with 30 days of access, not as monthly subscriptions. These are the prices and targets Bulenox published on its own pricing page on September 16, 2026, before any promotion is applied.
- $25,000: $145 one-time · profit target $1,500 · drawdown up to $1,500 · 3 contracts.
- $50,000: $175 one-time · profit target $3,000 · drawdown up to $2,500 · 7 contracts.
- $100,000: $215 one-time · profit target $6,000 · drawdown up to $3,000 · 12 contracts.
- $150,000: $325 one-time · profit target $9,000 · drawdown up to $4,500 · 15 contracts.
- Same across sizes: no minimum trading days, no daily loss limit on Qualification Accounts, and the first $10,000 of payouts published as 100% yours.
- Read the promo separately: the site banner carries the current launch offer for Qualification, Fast Track and Momentum accounts. It rotates, so check the banner and the checkout before you price a plan — our Bulenox discount code page tracks the offer we have verified.
Platforms and markets
Bulenox uses Rithmic connectivity and advertises more than twenty compatible trading platforms. NinjaTrader is prominently supported, alongside other Rithmic-compatible front ends. The program covers futures listed across CME, CBOT, NYMEX, and COMEX, including equity index, currency, energy, metal, agricultural, and micro contracts.
Platform compatibility should be checked at the connection level, not just by brand name. A platform may be supported while a specific API, copier, or professional-data setup creates an additional charge.

Community evidence: what traders say
Bulenox has been reviewed publicly for years. We read its Trustpilot profile on September 11, 2026, because community evidence is part of how we judge a firm's payout record — not just what its own pages claim.

- Trustpilot: 4.7 out of 5 from 1,776 reviews when we read the profile on September 11, 2026, on a claimed profile with a paid subscription.
- Recurring positives in the recent reviews: payout processing and support responsiveness are the themes that repeat; several of the newest reviews describe a payout arriving without friction.
- What we could not verify: Trustpilot's star-by-star distribution did not render for us, and Bulenox does not publish payout statistics, so no payout-rate claim is made here.
- Reddit and forums: we did not find a Bulenox thread base comparable to the Alpha Futures threads cited elsewhere on this site as of September 11, 2026 — no forum quote is presented because none was verified.
- How to read the score: Trustpilot carries its standard incentive-policy notice on the page. We saw no evidence of incentivised reviews, but we still treat a vendor's review score as a directional signal rather than an audited record.
Is Bulenox legit?
Bulenox is a real, identifiable business rather than an anonymous storefront: its own site names Bulenox LLC with a Wilmington, Delaware address, publishes its prices and rules in a public help centre, and routes payouts through ACH, wire or PayPal with tax paperwork (W-9 or W-8BEN) collected before the first withdrawal. Those are useful signs of an identifiable operating business. It is not a broker, and a Qualification or Master Account is a simulated evaluation, so "legit" here means the company does what its published terms say, not that your capital is protected.
The community record, read on September 24, 2026, points the same way with caveats. Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 1,789 reviews, and its own review summary says reviewers most often describe payouts as fast and reliable. The same summary notes that some traders had payouts denied under rules on flipping or slippage, and that some felt requirements were not clear before they traded. Trustpilot also marks the profile as one that invites its customers to review and has not replied to negative reviews. We treat all of that as a directional signal, not an audit, and Bulenox publishes no payout statistics of its own.
Our reading: Bulenox is a legitimate operating prop firm, but that does not mean every payout request will be approved. The main risk visible in its published terms and community record is rule-based denial: consistency, trading-day, reserve and prohibited-trading requirements can all affect whether a request qualifies. Bulenox publishes no payout statistics of its own, so we cannot independently measure its overall payout approval rate. Read the payout rules and reserve thresholds in the table above before your first request.
What we like
- Two clearly different drawdown models for different trading styles.
- No minimum trading-day requirement to pass the standard Qualification Account.
- News trading is allowed under the published program overview.
- Broad futures-market and platform coverage.
- The first $10,000 withdrawn on the standard Master path is published as commission-free to the trader.
What could be better
- Rules differ across Qualification, Master, Fast Track, and Momentum products, making broad marketing statements easy to misapply.
- The standard Master path has several withdrawal conditions, including trading-day, reserve, early-cap, and consistency requirements.
- Trailing drawdown can move with unrealized profit and may surprise traders who only watch closed balance.
- Activation, reset, data, and software charges can raise the true cost above the displayed entry price.
- Some public help documents carry old update dates, so the final agreement must be treated as controlling.
Who Bulenox is best for
Bulenox is a reasonable candidate for experienced intraday futures traders who already understand Rithmic, can close before the daily cutoff, and are comfortable managing either real-time trailing drawdown or an end-of-day model with scaling. It may also appeal to traders who want a broad choice of platforms and no minimum number of days to pass the standard evaluation.
It is a weaker fit for overnight traders, anyone relying on a few very large winning days, or beginners who do not yet track unrealized drawdown and payout eligibility. The program’s complexity means the cheapest-looking path is not automatically the best one.
Final verdict
Bulenox provides real flexibility, but that flexibility comes from multiple products and rule sets rather than from a single simple evaluation. The strongest feature is the choice between real-time trailing and end-of-day drawdown. The main drawback is the amount of account-specific detail a trader must verify before purchase and again before requesting a withdrawal.
Read the current rules, price the complete path to a Master Account, and choose the risk model using your own trading history. Do not rely on the nominal account size or a broad payout slogan alone. If you would rather trade a simpler one-step evaluation with faster published payout processing, our FXIFY Futures review compares that structure in detail.
If Alpha Futures is also on your shortlist, read our Alpha Futures vs Bulenox comparison for the differences in account paths, drawdown, payout access, costs, and platform choice, and our Alpha Futures review for that firm's plan-level prices, drawdown rules, and payout caps.
