Earn2Trade Review 2026: Costs, Rules & Profit Splits
Earn2Trade is worth considering if you want a documented route from a futures evaluation to a funded account and can manage strict position and loss limits. It is a poor fit for one-day passing, trade-copying strategies or an assumed flat 80% profit split: current terms make all three more restrictive than those expectations.
Choose the programme by its rules and funded-account costs, not just its advertised balance. The withdrawal split depends on each withdrawal's size; EOD drawdown does not protect you from intraday failure. This is a source-led buying assessment, not a trading or payout test.
FundingCodes is an approved Earn2Trade affiliate and may earn a commission through sponsored links. Our Earn2Trade coupon evidence covers a separate, dated checkout test; this review does not retest or promise a current discount. See our editorial policy.
Key takeaways
- Two routes: Trader Career Path includes a growth plan; Gauntlet Mini has a fixed account size without that growth plan.
- Published starting prices: TCP25 is $150/month and GAU50 is $170/month before promotions. These are subscription prices, not all-in funding costs.
- Hard failures: touching the daily loss limit, breaching drawdown or exceeding the progression ladder can end an evaluation.
- Consistency: no fixed minimum trading days does not mean a one-day pass.
- Withdrawals: current $25K–$200K splits are 50% or 80% to the trader depending on the individual withdrawal; TCP400 is fixed at 60%.
- Method: official documents and dated community reports, with no independent execution, support-speed or payout verification.
Trader Career Path vs Gauntlet Mini: which programme fits?
Earn2Trade's programme overview distinguishes TCP's post-funding growth plan from Gauntlet Mini's fixed-size route. Passing either evaluation is not the same as immediately receiving an unrestricted live brokerage account.
| Feature | TCP25 | GAU50 |
|---|---|---|
| Evaluation balance | $25,000 simulated | $50,000 simulated |
| Profit target | $1,750 | $3,000 |
| EOD drawdown allowance | $1,500 | $2,000 |
| Daily loss limit | $550 | $1,100 |
| Advertised maximum position | Up to 3 contracts, subject to progression ladder | Up to 6 contracts, subject to progression ladder |
| After funding | Growth plan; the displayed TCP25 route progresses towards $200K | No TCP-style growth plan |
| Reset with renewal | One free reset becomes available after each paid rebill | No equivalent free-reset-with-rebill benefit established here |
Sources: Trader Career Path, Gauntlet Mini and the free-reset policy. The displayed contract ceiling is not permission to start at maximum size; the real-time progression ladder controls the permitted exposure. Different starting sizes have different targets and limits.
How much does Earn2Trade cost?
The public plan selector displayed these undiscounted monthly reference prices on October 26. Promotional prices also appeared, but no data feed had been selected in this comparison view: this is not a tested final checkout or a promise of platform-independent pricing.
| Programme | Starting evaluation size | Monthly reference price |
|---|---|---|
| Trader Career Path | TCP25 | $150 |
| Trader Career Path | TCP50 | $190 |
| Trader Career Path | TCP100 | $350 |
| Gauntlet Mini | GAU50 | $170 |
| Gauntlet Mini | GAU100 | $315 |
| Gauntlet Mini | GAU150 | $375 |
| Gauntlet Mini | GAU200 | $550 |
The billing policy says subscriptions rebill every 30 days until cancelled or passed. Budget for the time you actually need, additional resets and funded-stage charges rather than treating the first payment as the total cost.
- TCP resets: the free reset arrives only after a rebill, must be used manually and is lost on cancellation. A renewal does not automatically create a fresh evaluation.
- Paid resets: Earn2Trade's public TCP25 selector lists a $100 reset price before promotional adjustments. Our October 26 sampled TCP25 and GAU50 views displayed $50 during an advertised half-price-reset promotion. That is not a purchased reset or a guarantee of future pricing. Confirm the amount for your selected programme at checkout.
- LiveSim activation: the funded fee schedule lists a one-time $139 fee for non-professionals, deducted from the first profitable withdrawal rather than paid upfront. No withdrawal means that fee is not charged under the stated policy.
- Data: non-professional evaluation data is covered. The same fee schedule lists $140 per month per exchange for professional LiveSim users; Live accounts list $140 for Rithmic or $156 for NinjaTrader per month per exchange. Calendar-month CME charges are not prorated.
- Trading and withdrawals: commissions, NFA and exchange fees per trade, plus payment-provider fees, remain relevant. No funded subscription fee does not mean no funded costs.
Our dated Earn2Trade coupon check owns the exact tested configuration and unresolved promotion-duration wording. We did not purchase an evaluation, reset or data subscription for this review, and have not verified an all-platform, all-in checkout total.
Which evaluation rules can fail the account?
The July 6, 2026 update applies to evaluations purchased on or after that date and the funded accounts earned from them. Earlier purchases retain their applicable earlier terms; do not combine an old review's rules with a new checkout.
Daily loss is a hard failure, not a daily pause
Earn2Trade's daily-loss guide says the calculation includes open and closed PnL plus commissions. If the limit is reached, even briefly on an open trade, the evaluation fails and needs a reset to continue. This rule is separate from the drawdown limit.
EOD drawdown still has an intraday floor
The EOD drawdown guide says the minimum balance ratchets up with positive end-of-day performance and stops rising at the starting balance. Open equity losses still count against the existing minimum during the session. “End of day” describes when the floor is adjusted, not permission to trade below it intraday.
No minimum days, but each day must stay below 30% of total PnL
The current evaluation rules say there is no fixed minimum number of trading days, but at least four profitable days are needed in practice. Under the consistency policy, a day representing 30% or more does not itself fail the evaluation: you must continue until that day represents less than 30% of total PnL. The rule does not apply to LiveSim or Live accounts.
Position limits change with the account
The TCP progression-ladder guide bases permitted total open contracts on real-time account balance and profit. Exceeding the limit is a hard fail. Read the exact ladder for your chosen programme, count exposure across positions and recheck it when balance changes.
The trade-copier policy prohibits copying and batch execution across multiple accounts, including after funding. The funded rules require positions and working orders closed between 3:50 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. CT. Check instrument-specific approved hours before trading; platform support does not override these rules.
Earn2Trade payouts: how much of a withdrawal do you keep?
Do not budget on a blanket 80% share. For the July 6 purchase cohort, the withdrawal policy bases the split on the size of each individual withdrawal, not accumulated account profit. At or above the threshold, 80% applies to the full withdrawal amount, not just the excess.
| Funded size and route | 50% trader share | 80% trader share |
|---|---|---|
| $25K TCP | Below $1,500 | $1,500 or more |
| $50K TCP or Gauntlet Mini | Below $2,250 | $2,250 or more |
| $100K TCP or Gauntlet Mini | Below $3,000 | $3,000 or more |
| $150K TCP or Gauntlet Mini | Below $4,000 | $4,000 or more |
| $200K TCP or Gauntlet Mini | Below $5,000 | $5,000 or more |
| $400K TCP | Fixed 60/40 split: 60% to the trader | |
These are funded sizes, not a list of evaluation plans available to buy. TCP thresholds change as the account progresses. The product cards' shorthand “over” should not be read as excluding the exact threshold: the withdrawal policy explicitly lists the threshold with a plus sign, and the July update says “reaches or exceeds”.
Illustrative arithmetic, not observed payouts: on a $50K funded account, a $2,000 withdrawal at a 50% split produces a $1,000 trader share before applicable fees. A $2,250 withdrawal at 80% produces $1,800 before fees. These examples exclude activation and payment fees and do not establish that either withdrawal is available on your account. Holding out for a threshold also leaves trading risk in the account.
- Timing: requests go to the proprietary firm by 2:00 p.m. CT on the preceding Friday for Wednesday processing. Processing is not a guaranteed arrival time.
- Minimum: the policy states a $100 minimum net withdrawal; activation and provider charges can affect the first payment.
- Provider costs: the table lists Rise at 1.5% for US customers or $50 for non-US customers, Deel at $50, Bayzat at $5–$40 and direct crypto at 0.735%. Methods are assigned by the firm and region, not freely selectable; crypto is only available in select cases.
- LiveSim limits: the listed TCP25/TCP50/TCP100 totals before moving to Live are $1,750/$3,000/$6,000; Gauntlet Mini lists $5,000. These are cumulative LiveSim withdrawal limits, not single-payment caps.
Confirm the applicable agreement, withdrawal basis, fees and regional payment eligibility before buying. We have not requested or received a payout, audited payment records or tested processing speed.
LiveSim, Live, platforms and eligibility
After Earn2Trade verifies a pass, its completion guide says results go to a proprietary partner such as Helios Trading Partners or Appius Trading Limited. The partner offers either LiveSim or Live. LiveSim uses simulated capital; Live is a brokerage account. Broker approval, compliance and KYC still apply.
LiveSim uses EOD drawdown; Live uses trailing drawdown, with fixed drawdown on $200K and $400K TCP stages. Daily loss, progression limits and trading-hour restrictions remain. Funded accounts remove evaluation consistency and subscription fees, but not all costs or risks.
The October 26 public selector listed Rithmic, BlackArrow, NinjaTrader and dxFeed/Deepcharts routes. Its labels mentioned Finamark/R Trader Pro, Tradovate/TradingView, and DeepCharts/ATAS/Quantower. Those labels are not our confirmation of every integration, operating system or funded-stage entitlement; verify the exact feed and platform combination before paying. We did not install or connect any platform.
Earn2Trade's country eligibility guidance permits eligible non-US traders but lists excluded countries and identification/tax-form requirements. The withdrawal policy adds provider-specific regional restrictions. Check both funding eligibility and payout availability; being able to open a checkout is not sufficient. The live-account disclaimer also warns that broker margin rules can allow less position size than the evaluation.
Cancellation and refunds: act before a renewal
The cancellation guide says to cancel at least one day before the indicated billing date through Settings → Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription. It says only users can cancel and that cancellation removes evaluation, SIM and education access; the subscription cannot be reinstated.
The published refund policy says no refunds, including automatic renewals. A positive report of an individual refund is not a general refund entitlement. Save your cancellation confirmation and do not assume a failed evaluation cancels billing. We did not test these workflows.
Is Earn2Trade legitimate? What does the evidence establish?
The terms identify Earn2Trade, LLC and state that it is not a broker-dealer. Its company overview describes an educational business headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming. That is a documented identity and operating model, not an independent company audit, regulatory endorsement or guarantee of funding.
The official programme footer, read October 26, reports a 2025 pass figure of 8.89%, calculated as subscriptions passed against new subscriptions. It also reports that 18.04% of Live accounts and 18.20% of LiveSim accounts had at least one withdrawal in 2025. These are the company's historical figures with different denominators, not independently audited FundingCodes results or your personal probability of success.
What do Trustpilot and Reddit users report?
We read the Trustpilot profile and the following dated reports on October 26. The sample contains both support praise and disputes over rule enforcement; it is not a representative survey.
- Support and rule clarity: an October 23 review praised detailed written answers and acknowledged losing an attempt after exceeding the progression ladder.
- Daily-loss presentation: an October 21 review disputed how the hard-failure consequence was presented before purchase. Earn2Trade replied that the loss limit includes unrealised PnL and commissions and linked its help article. We did not adjudicate the dispute.
- Older payout anecdotes: the archived r/Daytrading “Earn2Trade” thread, shown as two years old, includes users claiming payouts and discussing their experience. These are unverified personal reports predating the July 2026 change, not proof of current payment reliability.
The useful lesson is to obtain the rules before paying, especially hard-failure limits and the current withdrawal split. We did not verify the reviewers' identities, account records or reported outcomes.
Alternatives and the final buying decision
If Earn2Trade's structure does not fit your trading, compare specific account rules rather than affiliate percentages. Our Alpha Futures review and Bulenox review are further reading on other approved partners, not evidence that either is cheaper, easier or more reliable. Recheck their current documents before choosing; this review is not a head-to-head platform or payout test.
- Potential fit: an experienced futures trader who wants a documented progression route and can monitor total exposure, daily loss and a moving account floor.
- Poor fit: a beginner treating nominal account size as spendable capital, a trade-copier user, or someone relying on a one-day pass or unconditional 80% withdrawals.
- Before purchasing: confirm country and payout eligibility, programme and feed, renewal and reset terms, funded data costs and the exact agreement for your purchase date.
Once the rules fit, use the Earn2Trade coupon evidence for the separate promotion check. A lower evaluation fee does not reduce market risk or guarantee a pass, payout or profit.

Earn2Trade FAQ
Is Earn2Trade a prop firm or an evaluation provider?
Earn2Trade describes itself as an educational company providing simulated evaluations. After a pass is verified, a proprietary trading partner offers a LiveSim or Live account. Earn2Trade is not a broker-dealer, and a LiveSim account is simulated, not a live brokerage account.
Can you pass Earn2Trade in one day?
No. For evaluations purchased on or after July 6, 2026, there is no fixed minimum number of trading days, but no single day may represent 30% or more of total evaluation PnL. Earn2Trade says this requires at least four profitable trading days in practice; losses or an oversized winning day can extend the attempt.
Does Earn2Trade always pay an 80% profit split?
No. Under the rules for evaluations purchased on or after July 6, 2026, the trader share is 50% below the account-specific single-withdrawal threshold and 80% at or above it on $25K–$200K funded accounts. TCP400 uses a fixed 60/40 split. Payment and activation fees can further reduce the amount received.
Does hitting the daily loss limit just pause trading?
No. Earn2Trade says reaching the daily loss limit fails the evaluation, even on an open position. The calculation includes realised and unrealised PnL and commissions. It is separate from the EOD drawdown limit.
Are trade copiers allowed at Earn2Trade?
No. The published policy prohibits trade copiers and batch execution across accounts in both evaluations and funded accounts. Technical platform connectivity is not permission to copy trades.
How do I cancel Earn2Trade?
The official guide says to use Settings, then Subscriptions, then Cancel Subscription in your dashboard at least one day before the indicated billing date. Cancellation removes evaluation, SIM and education access and cannot be reinstated. The published no-refund policy includes automatic renewals; we did not test cancellation or a refund.
Sources and review method
Official programme, selector, rules, withdrawal, fee, billing, eligibility and legal sources are linked beside the claims and were read October 26, 2026. We distinguish merchant-published prices from checkout-tested amounts, historical self-reported statistics from current rules, and community allegations from verified facts.
No evaluation purchase, live trade, platform connection, independent payout audit, customer-support test or refund test was performed. We assign no proprietary numerical score. Futures trading and evaluation fees involve substantial risk. This is general information, not financial advice.
